National School Lunch Program

All Hamilton County Public Schools participate in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program and serve students meals according to the meal patterns established by the United States Department of Agriculture. All schools are a part of the Community Eligibility Provision program which entitles students to a meal at No Costs.

If you wish to file a Civil Rights program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Complaint Form, found online at Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, or at any USDA office, or call (866)632-9992 to request the form. You may also write a letter containing all of the information requested in the form. Send your completed complaint form or letter to us by mail at U.S. Department of Agriculture, Director, Office of Adjudication, 1400 Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20250-9410 or email at program.intake@usda.gov.

Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech disabilities may contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 845-6136 (Spanish).

Hamilton County School Board today announced an amendment to its policy for serving meals to students under the National School Lunch/ School Breakfast Programs for the 2022-2023 school year.

All students will be served breakfast and lunch at no charge at the following sites:

Hamilton County Elementary School

Hamilton County High School

Achiever's Christian Academy
