Gaggle Therapy Referral Process
Use the link below to refer a student for services. A link will be emailed to the student and parent/guardian to create a Portal Account in Health Cloud, where the intake and consent forms will be signed. Once forms are signed, the Gaggle Team will begin working on pairing the student with a Therapist. Pairing a student with a therapist can take 10-14 days after recieving signed intake/consent forms.
